3. Install the Tracking Pixel
Add a single line of JavaScript to your client’s website. The pixel automatically captures visitor interactions, ad click IDs (fbclid, ttclid, gclid), and platform cookies — no manual event tagging required.
For server-side integrations, use the REST API to send events directly from backends or payment webhooks (e.g., Paymob). The pixel auto-detects standard e-commerce events: PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, Lead, and Purchase.

4. Resolve Identity Across Devices
Every incoming event is processed through the identity resolution engine. The system extracts all available signals — visitor cookies, hashed emails, hashed phones, platform cookies, and device fingerprints — and maps them to a unified customer profile.
When an anonymous visitor logs in or provides their email at checkout, their entire browsing history is retroactively linked to their known identity. This means you see the full customer journey, not fragmented sessions.

5. Attribute Conversions with Confidence
The attribution engine matches each conversion to the ad touchpoints that drove it. Choose from five models — last touch, first touch, linear, time decay, or position based — to understand which campaigns actually deliver results.
Deterministic matching is tried first (direct visitor ID links), then probabilistic matching (email hash, phone hash, IP+UA fingerprint) with time-decayed confidence scores. Every result includes a confidence score so you know how reliable the match is.

6. Enrich, Validate & Forward
Before forwarding to any destination, every event passes through enrichment and quality validation. Historical data from the identity graph — linked identifiers, lifetime purchase counts, total spend — is attached to the event. A 100-point quality score ensures each platform receives optimal data.
Enriched events are then forwarded in real-time via server-side APIs: Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and Google Enhanced Conversions. Consent is enforced per-platform. Every API call is logged for full audit traceability.
